EAWLC Dialogue with Business Mentor Martin Copeland: Success is only an elephant away!

The East and West Learning Connections proudly presents entrepreneur and mentor Martin Copeland as our guest speaker for April’s dialogue!

Last year Martin shared some wonderful stories (you can watch the video here. We are so happy and grateful to have him back again. This year, Martin will share his time and expertise to help you break through some of your personal and business barriers to success and help you learn how to be successful. He will be delighted to have a discussion and respond to questions like:

Guest Speaker Bio

Martin Copeland was the Managing Director of Content Management Corporation with offices throughout North America. The company was acquired by Multiview, a Warburg Pincus company and a B2B marketing agency, in 2011. Martin remained for 2 years on a management contract as an SVP of Multiview with 688 employees who generates more than 100 million dollars in sales a year.

Martin was honored with the most coveted award for CSAE (Canadian Society of Association Executives) National business members, the John Griner Award, in 1992. In addition, he was a business member of the year for the Toronto Chapter of CSAE, and served on the Board of Directors for Tourism Toronto. Martin is also a past Chair of the Foundation for Association Research and Education as well as a past President of the International Society of Communication Specialists.

Currently, Martin gives back as a mentor to a variety of early-stage companies and volunteers with Charities, namely the TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club for the visually impaired and the Toronto Ski Hawks, which takes the visually impaired downhill skiing in the Winter. He does at least 5 Charity Rides a year which include The Ride to Conquer Cancer, Cycle for Sight, Blaze-a-thon, Kayla’s Children Centre, and the Bike for Brain Health. He resides in Innisfil, Ontario, and frequents Toronto. Martin is a proud father of 3 successful grown-up children and grandfather of 2 adorable grandsons.
