EAWLC Communication Skills Coaching Hour 2023

“Becoming skillful with your interpersonal communications makes life easier.“
– Eleanor James
The way we speak to each other, especially at work, can help you or cause you harm. How fortunate to choose to be skillful and to navigate easily in new or difficult situations like:
How to approach people, asking questions?
How to make small talk, and fit into the circle?
How to deal with difficult people?
How to diffuse situations in a considerate way?

If you have questions like these, especially if you are an immigrant wondering what a skillful local person would do in your situation, this is a perfect opportunity for you to get some professional “insider’s” guidance, for good and free!

In our monthly Communication Skills Coaching Hour, professional Interpersonal communication skills coach Eleanor James will take your questions, and share her insight and expertise to help people make their own decisions based on a good understanding of Canadian culture, social norms, and customs, plus maybe some little witty words or doings to ease the situation.

Time: The fourth Thursday evening of the month from 8-9 p.m. (Eastern Time) in the first half of the year
