East and West Learning Connections is a Not-for-Profit organization based in Toronto. We help people of different heritages get connected, become happy, positive contributors to the diversity of our society and develop a feeling of belonging. We do this through programs designed to promote learning, communicating, mentoring, and volunteering.

A series of sharing sessions called East & West Dialogues
that encourage fascinating people from different heritages, ethnicities, and backgrounds to share their cultural experiences here in a Canadian context.
We’ve also created volunteer opportunities for all kinds of people to engage and contribute to cultural learning and exchange, to enrich themselves and the lives of those around them. We’ve offered our programs for free or at a very minimal cost to ensure that everyone can participate regardless of their economic circumstances.
As a volunteer-run non-profit organization, we rely entirely on the support of those who believe that sharing cultural perspectives helps newcomers to Canada better integrate into Canadian society, helps Canadians better understand the immigrant experience, and that fostering understanding helps everyone through celebrating diversity across the multicultural landscape that is Canada.
